NEXT PTO MEETING
September 21, 2010
at
12:30 PM
Join the J.C. Booth PTO today and know your student and the school's faculty will have the advantage of parents willing to help them succeed. Students of involved parents are less likely to cause trouble and fall short academically. Help your student! Get involved in the J.C. Booth PTO.
Your $45 annual membership contribution goes a long way to help the school.
Fully 100% of your PTO membership goes toward helping students and faculty. We recognize academic achievement; provide communications between the school and the parents; sponsor fun events like dances and student parties; raise financial support for student activities at school; assist faculty in purchasing vital supplies and; voice parent concerns to school administrators.
We help your student succeed, so please help us by joining the J.C. Booth PTO. In addition, we want you to participate. Your additional contribution of time is extremely important to us.
We always need help planning and implementing activities at the school. If you have an interest in a certain area, please check the appropriate box on the PTO Membership Form.
When Parents are involved students succeed!
There is no doubt when parents show an interest in their student’s school that the student will be more attentive and perform better. Student life in the middle school years requires parental guidance. This is not the time to let your student go it alone.
The J.C. Booth PTO is your link to ensuring the students and faculty can have the assistance and resources they need to succeed.
Parents want to know …
Whenever you have questions and concerns, we will get you the answers. The J.C. Booth PTO is your resource when it comes to parent communication and issues awareness.
We deliver frequent updates on school activities and events. The J.C. Booth PTO helps promote the fundraising activities that support your student’s interest in sports, arts, clubs, etc. Go to the home page and add your email address to the Constant Contact box.
This year we created a Facebook.com page for parents to ask questions and make comments on school interests. Go to Facebook, put “J.C. Booth PTO” in the search box and friend the page to receive updates on your Facebook home page. (You must already have a Facebook page to use this feature.)
